Welcome to the website of the Rosh HaAyin Entrepreneurs Center, operating at the CASA complex, Neve Afikim 1, Rosh HaAyin, as part of the Youth, Young Adults and Sport Division of the Rosh HaAyin Municipality's education administration (the "Center").
Your use of this website, its content, and the services it offers is subject to these Terms of Use. By browsing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.
Nature of the Site and Service
This is a public informational website. Its purpose is to present information about the Center's activities, community meetups, and mentoring for entrepreneurs, and to allow visitors to RSVP to meetups and submit a request to join the community.
The information on the site is provided as-is, for general informational purposes only. Activity details, dates, and locations may change from time to time, and the Center may update, modify, or discontinue any activity or service at its discretion.
Acceptable Use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with its intended use. Do not submit false information in the site's forms, or another person's details without their consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and your use of the site are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to the site is vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district, or the competent court in Israel, as applicable.
The site and the service are operated from Israel. If you access the site from outside Israel — including participants in the Center's programs from the United States — please note that the service is provided from Israel and is governed by Israeli law.
Changes to These Terms
The Center may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with its last-updated date noted at the top. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
